What is the Bikashit Jivan Parikalpana Scheme?
Chief Minister of Assam Shri Hemanta Biswa Sharma Launched the Bikoxito Jivan Porikolpona Scheme in association with Assam Youth Commission to provide a coaching Facility for Students who are preparing for JEE (Mains & Advanced) and NEET Examination. Under this scheme, Various coaching centers will be inaugurated by the Assam Government in association with Top level Coaching Institutes. The chief minister also inaugurated the Allen coaching center in Dibrugarh district, The coaching center will cater to the needs of the students from Dibrugarh as well as its neighboring districts such as Sivasagar, Tinsukia, Jorhat, Dhemaji, and Lakhimpur.
In the upcoming time, the Government of Assam will also provide Subsidies and Financial Assistance to the students who are not able to get into the coaching center. The Government is taking major steps toward the Improvement of the Literacy rate in the State.
Objectives of the Assam Bikashit Jivan Parikalpana Scheme

Bikashit Jivan Parikalpana Scheme Eligibility
- Students must be permanent residents of Assam state.
- Students must possess the domicile certificate of Assam.
- Students from the 6th to 12th class will be able to get enrolled under this Scheme for preparing JEE and NEET Exams.
