Odisha Swayam Scheme 2024
Chief Minister of Odisha Shri Naveen Patnaik has Launched the Swayam Scheme to empower Youth in the State. Under this Scheme, Unemployed Youths aged between 18 years and 35 years of the State will get Interest Free Loan up to 1 lakh Rupees to Promote Business. About 1 lakh Youths from Rural Areas and 1 Lakh Unemployed Youths From Urban Areas will get Promoted under this Scheme.
The main Motive of Swayam Scheme Odisha is to Empower Youths of the State who are aged between 18 years and 35 years to set up their own Business with Interest free Loan of Rs. 1 Lakh. Those Youths Who didn’t Get Jobs but are Educated then Government will Promote them to Set-up Their Business.
Objectives of Odisha Swayam Yojana
- To promote Entrepreneurship in the State.
- To Provide interest Free loan up to 1 lakh Rupees to Eligible Youths for Setting up their Business.
- To Provide Benefits to 1 lakh Youths in Rural Areas of State and 1 Lakh Youths of Urban Areas.
- To Provide Employment To the Youths Through Rojgar Sangam Yojana Odisha.

- Applicants must be Permanent Resident of Odisha State.
- Applicant’s Age must be Between 18 years and 35 Years.
- Candidates must be at least Class 10th Passed.
- No Previous Loan should not be Taken.
- Employed Youth will not get Benefited under this Scheme.
