Under DDUSY, The State Government is Providing Financial Assistance in the Form of Subsidies on the loans given to Startups. This Scheme aims to encourage unemployed Youths to gain access to low-cost Capital for the seeding up of Entrepreneurship.
Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Swavalamban Yojana is Providing a 40% front-ended capital investment Subsidy to the beneficiaries who wish to set up small and medium enterprises with a project cost above Rs. 10 lakhs up to Rs. 50 lakhs. The cost of land and Building shall be excluded from the Project Cost.
Salient features of the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Swavalamban Yojana
- A Provision of 40% front-ended Capital Investment subsidy to the Beneficiaries who wish to set up their MSME with Project Cost above Rs. 10 Lakhs up to Rs. 50 Lakhs.
- The Loan Component would be 30% to 50% of the Project cost.
- Entrepreneurs would be required to Contribute at least 10% to 30 % of the Total Project Cost. Those Entrepreneurs who contribute more will be given Preference.
- Women Entrepreneurs will be eligible for an additional 5% subsidy annually and they will not become a Non-Performing Asset.

- Food Processing units in agriculture, horticulture, and allied Sectors include packaging, Cold Chain, Cold Storage, Milk Processing units, etc.
- Eco-tourism includes homestays and Tour Operators.
- Traditional Textile weaving for modernization of traditional looms and purchase of new looms to Start new weaving units.

Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Swavalamban Yojana Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants Should be Permanent Residents of Arunachal Pradesh.
- Unemployed APST entrepreneurs who wish to set up a new business enterprise are eligible for availing loans and subsidies under Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Swavalamban Yojana are eligible to apply.
- Candidates will have to Contribute at least 10% to 30% of the Total Project cost.
- Land Price and Building will not be included in the Project Cost.
- Preference will be given to those unemployed Youths having a degree/diploma in tourism and Hospitality, ITI, or any other trade.
- Preference will also be given to private Doctors for the Opening of medical clinics and Diagnostic Centres.

- Fill out the Registration Form and Click on the Submit Button, after Registration Login Details will be sent to your mobile Number.
- Now Log in with your ID and Apply for DDUSY 2023.
- Fill in all the Necessary Details and Follow the Instructions.
- Upload the Necessary Documents and Click on the Submit Button.
- After the Successful Submission of the Application Form, Verification will be conducted by the Officials.
