The Card Prime Software has been Developed and Through This Software Property Registration in Andhra Pradesh Can be Made without the Hassle of Stamp Papers and Signatures. Anyone can Prepare the Document online and Can issue a Challan online and Can book an appointment at sub registrar office.

Card Prime 2.0 Registration Process

• Applicants will have to Visit the Card Primme Official Website.
• If you are an Existing user, then You can log in through Email, mobile or Aadhar card Through OTP.
• If You are a New User, then You can Click here and Enter your details. 
• New Users should Registered for the First Time to Create the Document.
• Users can Create New Document by Clicking on the Button.
• Users can Select the type of Registration and Nature of Documents like Sale, mortgage and Gift. 
• Now users can Select the Sub registrar office.
• Users can Add or edit Executants/mortgager/Donor and the Claimant and Also add Representative.
• Select Rural for Agriculture and Urban for Flat, Plot, and a House 
• Users can Book a Slot on Available time and Generate Check Slips.
• Fill all the Required Information Correctly.
• Then a Sixteen Digit Application ID Number will be generated. Please note down the number and Carry this to SRO office
• Entered information will be Available at the SRO office for Registration.
• Sub Registrar officers can Approve, Reject or Suspend the Registration.
