What is the Tourist eILP?

ILP means ‘inner line permit’ which is issued to the tourist for the visit to the restricted area from the public. Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh Shri Pema Khandu launched the Tourist ILP Portal with the Department of Electronics. Through this Portal new ILP and renewal, ILP will be issued directly and tourists can download them from the website. This system will boost smooth tourism in the State, with a dedicated website for the issuance of Permits online. There will be no need to go to the office and departments for the issuance of an Inner line Permit (ILP).

Apply for the Tourist eILP 

The tourist electronic Inner line Permits (eILP) can be obtained by the process of Application, follow the steps to apply and download eILP:

• First you will have to go to the Official Website of the eILP.
• You can Click Here Directly to Apply Online.
• Enter your Mobile Number and click next.
• In the next window you will have to fill all the personal details including Address.
• You will have to upload a national identity card, Aadhar Card, Pan Card or Voter id card.
• Click update and Proceed, now fill all the necessary details and submit your application.

Eligibility Criteria for the Tourist eILP

• eILP is only applicable for the Indian tourist which means foreign tourist may apply for RAP/PAP.
• This eILP is applicable for 14 days only which means tourists can stay in the state for up to 14 days with the eILP.
• The individual less than 14 years of age doesn’t require to carry eILP, he can accompany with guardian
• Wrong and misleading information will lead to penal action by the state authorities.
