The vehicle Should be Registered with applicable emission norms, with all standard fittings and accessories as per the manufacturer’s latest leaflet and meeting the latest government regulations & tender specifications, purchased & registered after the date of issue of LoA (or as per the date mentioned in the LoA) for commercial use for activities of Oil India Limited (OIL) in Assam and Arunachal Pradesh for 04 years.
